Thanks. Current kernel version is 3.3.8. If we upgrade OVS only (to 2.6 or
latest), is it ok to work with that kernel version? or do I need to upgrade
kernel as well?

BTW, I am working with openwrt.

Sorry, conntrack support was added in 2.5 and NAT in 2.6.
