RE: uninstalling SP1
Hi Mike I was thinking about uninstalling because I was experiencing issues with my project becoming unresponsive. The project uses Entity Framework and generates a file called model.emdx.sql If I rename the file to be model.emdx.txt then I can open it in my project, but if I leave it with the .sql extension, and open it, tab does not display any text and the project becomes unresponsive. Ah, I had been uninstalling from control panel Luckily when I tried uninstalling from the install VS10sp1-KB983509.exe I got the same message but this time with a helpful looking link. Unluckily when I clicked the link I got Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
