[ozmidwifery] 13 pound baby born in Tasmania.
Just wondering if you've seen this? A 13 pound baby was born in Tasmania today. http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/200612/s1802380.htm Vaginal delivery, with epidural. Maybe this should be printed out and sent to all the HCPs who recommend C section for presumed "macrosomia" ... Lara -- This mailing list is sponsored by ACE Graphics. [ozmidwifery] Bubhub and "Dr Brown's" bottle promotions
I've just noticed that the Bubhub forums are "featuring" very prominent advertisements for a bottlefeeding product - even in the breastfeeding and advice from Pinky McKay section of the boards. This is a site that boasts about being supported by the Australian Lactation Consultants Association (ALCA). Example: http://www.bubhub.com.au/community/forums/showthread.php?t=41867 I find this disgusting and would invite everyone here to contact them to express your displeasure. Transient changes like this sound like harlequin colo(u)r change. Is there a sharp demarcation in the midline? Lara -- This mailing list is sponsored by ACE Graphics.
