You can get antispam software to get rid of this 
problem.  We have got Norton's Internet Security for about $ 150 but you 
can get many different ones.  It certainly works for us.  It includes 
the antivirus software in it.

Dear Joe, Was also having lots of problems with my hotmail account, the span
filter didn't appear to be very affective, I changed to yahoo and I don't
get any span on that account. Maybe they have a better filtering system.

I use hotmail and spam is a constant curse. You can 
use filters which will send it to the bulkmail box
