Hi all I've set up the refinement panel for people search on our new site, and I'm 99% happy with it. My only complaint is that the refinement panel defaults to 'name matches' instead of 'all matches' so if I try to search for a job title, it doesn't pick it up. Does anyone know how to change the default? Either my googling skills disappeared over the weekend, or there isn't much info out there.
