Errr my fault.

I had to do some maintenance to remove some posts from the archive that had
one of the users of one of the other lists in trouble at work ... then I
forgot to restart mailman. :|

What version of SharePoint? And what "Show field" drop down?

Are you referring to Profile page property display for My Sites? Or is this
a custom list you've knocked up?

A screenshot would do wonders. :)
