Hi Guys, Must be missing a step here. I have a regular contacts list, I want to search on last name field. I have edited LastName managed property and also created my own, neither have working. I have mapped the managed property to crawled property ows_LastName and ows_Last Name. Perhaps you need to explicitly reset the index, then perform a full crawl. There’s actually a difference between performing a full crawl, and resetting the index (can’t remember the specifics, but something to do with it not clearing the property store). Also, are you 100% sure that someone hasn’t accidently/or otherwise set that property to not be included in the index?
