UX/UI guru recommendations
Howdy, I have a project that needs the services of a really good user interface/user experience consultant. Initial engagement is a day to help us understand the scope/complexity of what we're trying to do with further engagement after that based on what we learn. Premier's Flood Appeal
Howdy all, This is a one off cross-list cross post and spam to ask you for money. As you are all probably aware, Brisbane received ~4.6 metres of flood waters over the past two days. The CBD escaped relatively unscathed but there are a lot of low-lying areas around the capital and up North that got completely smashed. I have two close friends who have lost their homes and one who has lost a floor of their home. One of them still can't even get back to see his house at Graceville. In some parts of the state, economically disadvantaged people in low lying areas have lost their houses with no insurance. There are two things you can do to help: 1. If you're local, Council is calling for whatever volunteers they can on Saturday. 2. If i said to you that i can reach 400million customers tomorrow in total, and yield say 48% return on actionable events, vs i can target 1billion tomorrow with a 48% click through, how would that change your ROI assessment? What works for Honda doesn't necessarily work for Ford is my point :) I almost never understand your points. My ROI assessment would be pinned on producing a solution that had the least friction between a customer coming to my site and giving me money. Hi, it is me. The messages were 3 meg each which I thought some people on slow links might object to. The lists are set to park anything greater than 200KB, and I allow them or reject them based on how much than 200KB they are. I'm happy to increase this if there is a general consensus on this list to do so - however in my experience people get rather sh1tty at large attachments and I presume that 3 meg is beyond what most people would think is reasonable.
