Normally you shouldn't worry about it. cib.xml is stored in /var/lib/heartbeat/crm/ or similar and the directory should have have hacluster:haclient permissions. Hi there, a strange thing happened to my two node cluster: I rebooted both machine at the same time, when s.o. went up again, no resources were configured anymore: as it was a fresh installation. Why ? It was explained to me that the configuration of resources managed by pacemaker should be in a file called cib.xml, but cannot find it in the system. I used the one found here http://code.google.com/p/fence-xenserver/wiki/Installation, which isn't the plugin itself but only tools to reboot or power off VM. I wrote a simple shell script as stonith plugin, which in turn calls the library passing it parameter as required. My script interprets the commands of cluster and then call the library to fence VM. [Pacemaker] Stonith / Fencing
Hi there, I'm working on stonith on my test cluster. It has, to me, a strange behaviour: when the condition to fence the other node happens, is it normal that both primary/secondary node fences the other one? I thought that the primary should fence the secondary, as it is the master at drbd level...but really the behaviour is different: sometimes is the master to kill the secondary, and sometimes is the secondary to kill the mastereven if I specified in the configuration, that the stonith primitive has to run only on the master node. Hi there, I'm trying to configure stonith environment on my test cluster: I have a xenserver where are running several machines, on the virtual machine I configured the cluster. Regards Fiorenza It was not a Resource Agent, but a service problem: even with ocf ra, dovecot version 2 was not started independently. Probably there is something on the service I should debug..
