Store information, link pages and edit with WYSISYG markup. Creating a new page is as easy as linking to a non-existing page. Pages are stored in a folder structure, like in an outliner, and can have attachments. This tool can be used to keep track of TODO lists or ideas, to take notes during a meeting or to draft any other kind of text (blog entries, important mails, etc.). = About the Python branch = Zim with version = 0.42 is a Python reimplementation. And the Python branch is now the one with focus of development and, as the version number and the homepage show, will probably replace the former Perl implementation by the same author. As suggested by Chris Weyl in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=560967#c3 , I create this package for the Python implementation. And I make this package conflicting with Zim 0.42 for convenience. = rpmlint result = $ rpmlint pyzim.spec 0 packages and 1 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 0 warnings. $ rpmlint pyzim-0.43-1.fc12.src.rpm 1 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 0 warnings. = About the test suite = This package comes with test suite, but the test suite can run only in a graphical environment, so cannot run in a pure console environment or a mock chroot. And so I neglect the test suite and its requirements in the spec files. See also: https://answers.launchpad.net/zim/+question/12 Another problem is that a test may probably fail in a locale with multibyte translated string. So it is safe to run the test suite with `LANG=en_US.UTF-8 ./test.py`. See also: https://bugs.launchpad.net/zim/+bug/517095 To run the test suite, some extra requirements must be met: pygtk2 pyxdg. And some tests will be skipped if the following requirements are not met: /usr/bin/latex , bzr, dvipng, graphviz. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ package-review mailing list package-review@lists.fedoraproject.org https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/package-review

(bug 563395) I thought I'd not mix this in the renaming, that if I only did the renaming then the review would be easier. I was planning to fix it afterwards, but if you feel like I should fix it in the same time, then let's go :) Also can you reproduce: # note current downloaded filename is lowercase and if so how about renaming the source file? I assumed the source tarball had not changed. I'll take a look at it. (In reply to comment #2) Yeah, your call I think, but it might not hurt for people familiar with the old name. You might add a comment say # added for f13 can be removed for f15. Good idea. I will do that. (In reply to comment #4) Ah also please upload the srpm for reference. :) Doh, why did I upload the binary rpm instead of the src.rpm ? oÔ I scratch-built it in Koji before uploading it to my FedoraPeople space (I don't know how long scratch builds are kept). Here it is: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=1976022name=sil-abyssinica-fonts-1.0-6.fc13.src.rpm Anyway, I'll upload a -7 SRPM with your suggestions tonight. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ package-review mailing list package-review@lists.fedoraproject.org https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/package-review
