shared library.
For this reason is used: %global debug_package %{nil}
That is same for haskell by example

The version seems better to be 0, as upstream has no versioning whatsoever. It
uses a soname of 1, but we don't know if that signifies a pre or post release
of version 1. I suggest gl3n-0.20120921-1
