This is a minor release containing important bug fixes. This release is considered ready for production use and upgrading from previous versions is strongly advised. This is strictly a bug fix release. It corrects the following issues. Bug Fixes * Fixed radiusd dying due to OOM caused by pf::statsd calling on pf::config * Fixed incorrect whisper retention policy affecting metrics such as server load and memory use * Fixed SMS and email registration case where using a different device to register may set an incorrect role * Added delete session reason to status page logout * Fixed incorrect HTML escaping in LDAP and AD authentication sources The radiusd bugfix is important enough on it's own to warrant upgrading. If you are running 5.1, 5.2 or 5.3 you can get that same bug fix by running the pf-maint.pl script without upgrading. Versions older than 5.1 are not affected. Re: [PacketFence-users] Failed to Deploy OVF (PF ZEN)
Hi! I could solve my problem. The PacketFence ZEN-4_3.zip-file contains 3 files instead of 4. According to the PacketFence ZEN-4_3.mf-file, which contains information SHA1, it says that the files are: 1- PacketFence-ZEN-4_3-disk1.vmdk 2- PacketFence-ZEN-4_3-file1.iso 3- PacketFence-ZEN-4_3.ovf The second file is missing. I searched Google the SHA1 of the second file (f21a71e8e31df73297bdd1ccd4a64a36831284bd) and found that refers to the file: CentOS-6.5-x86_64-minimal.iso To resolve the problem: - I downloaded the file from: http://mirror.anl.gov/pub/centos/6.5/isos/x86_64/CentOS-6.5-x86_64-minimal.iso - Then I renamed it to PacketFence-ZEN-4_3-file1.iso and put it in the same folder with the other 3 files - Finally, I was able to deploy from VMware! Hi Loick, I solved it!! [PacketFence-users] How to modify Locales
Hi guys, (my first mail to the group...) I need to make some changes in locales to fix some accents. In the following folder: /pf/conf/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES we have two files: - packetfence.mo - packetfence.po The first one, binary format and the next, plain format. I'm trying to change the plain format file but I don't see any changes when I receive e-mail notifications from the registration system, for example. It is necessary modify the binary file too?
