Hello,

I have enabled passthrough and I am redirected to 
test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll . I am not given an option to 
enter any credit card information.

Did I miss something in my configuration so the captive portal would
have fields for credit card information and use the live URL for
authorize.net?
