Hm, xine-lib 1.1.7 doesn't compile on 10.0 without disabling. I must say I havn't tested again after 1.1.8 was released. I'll retry it again with 1.1.8. I have no idea why i am using fbdev/fbdev2. All i did was install the rpm from packman and right-click the video file and say "open with mplayer". I don't know what vo it uses or why (and up until the other day, i did not know what a vo was). I do, however, have it working now. Detlef - I'm running Suse 10 SP1, and tried to install Audacity from a links2linux mirror. The Yast software manager tells me it's missing libwx_gtk2u_core-2.6.so.0. It looks like that package is supposed to come from wxwidgets. I have wxwidgets version 2.8, not 2.6, and it doesn't include a libwx_gtk2u_core-2.8 package. Can you help?
