I can duplicate the bug so I can fix it but any fixed package will be available via the bug first. Re: [packman] DVDStyler for TW
Just install the DVDStyler package included in Tumbleweed. It should be fully functional (if you install libavcodec from Packman at least) as it is just a frontend, so there should be no need for a specific Packman package. [packman] [PM] mii-tool 1.65.0.0-2.9 (openSUSE Tumbleweed/x86_64)
Hello, please replace outdated mii-tool package 1.65 with current one 2.10 from net-tools package from Sourceforge where it is currently developed. mii-tool 1.65 from freshmeat site (which Effective 2014-06-18 Freecode is no longer being updated) built for SUSE packman lies that any gigabit card is 100mbit only: e.g. Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller capabilities: 100baseTx-FD 100baseTx-HD 10baseT-FD 10baseT-HD advertising: 100baseTx-FD 100baseTx-HD 10baseT-FD 10baseT-HD flow-control mii-tool 2.10 from Fedora 29 (net-tools package built from Sourceforge net-tools source) has support for detecting gigabit cards and many other fixes and updates. capabilities: 1000baseT-FD 100baseTx-FD 100baseTx-HD 10baseT-FD 10baseT-HD advertising: 1000baseT-FD 100baseTx-FD 100baseTx-HD 10baseT-FD 10baseT-HD flow-control SUSE builds fresh net-tools package from latest Sourceforge git already but building mii-tool is excluded in SUSE so packman should take it and build mii-tool only from this package to get rid of outdated and buggy 1.65 release. thanks, Zbigniew ___ Packman mailing list Packman@links2linux.de http://lists.links2linux.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/packman
