Hi there, VLC 3.0.16 is currently not installable from Packman on a new 
Tumbleweed system due to a missing dependency:


Problem: nothing provides 'libliveMedia.so.97()(64bit)' needed by the to be 
installed vlc-noX-3.0.16-4.42.x86_64
Solution 1: do not install vlc-3.0.16-4.42.x86_64
Solution 2: break vlc-noX-3.0.16-4.42.x86_64 by ignoring some of its 
dependencies

works for me. Now it requires libliveMedia102, probably you hit the 
short timeframe until the rebuilt package was published ;-)
