Depois que solucionei o problema, mandei e-mail agradecendo e, prá minha surpresa,

Thanks for your fast response. That was incredibly helpfull.

 

The problem was fixed by step 5. 

On the "help menu item", I choosed "about microsoft word" and clicked on "disable 
items" button... And there it was, just like you said... Two repligo items disabled... 
Just click on "active" button was enought to restore "RepliGo menu" and "RepliGo quick 
access" icon.

Now Repligo is full functionallity on Office, Internet Explorer and others, thanks to 
Repli Support

  Thanks for contacting support. 

   

  There are a few possible reasons why the RepliGo Office integration was not 
successful. Check the following:

   

  1. Make sure you close all Office applications during the RepliGo installation 
including Outlook. 

   

  2. Make sure your macro security settings allow all sources to be trusted for 
macros. To check this, open Word and select Tools > Options > Security > Macro 
Security and select the Trusted Sources tab. Make sure the "Trust all installed 
add-ins and templates" checkbox is checked. Note: this is for XP, but similar settings 
exist under Office 97.

   

  3. Make sure any Anti-virus software is disabled during the RepliGo installation as 
this might interfere with installing macros on your machine.

   

  4. Open Word and if you receive a Macro Warning dialog asking to accept a macro from 
Cerience Corporation, click the checkbox to accept the macro and then click the Enable 
Macros button.

   

  5. In Word, check the Disable items dialog for any macros that may have been 
automatically disabled when starting Word. To check this, select the Help menu item, 
then choose About Microsoft Word. Click on the Disable items button. If you see 
RepliGo.dot as a listed item, select it and choose the Enable button. This will load 
the RepliGo macro into Word.

   

  I would recommend checking those settings, uninstalling RepliGo, rebooting, closing 
all applications including Anti-virus software, and re-installing RepliGo. 

   

  Give that a try and let me know if you see the RepliGo icon installed into Word now.
