Re: Unable to do on-device debugging on E2 with USB
I just got mine to work. Followed the instructions at http://palmos.combee.net/blog/USBDebuggingandtheTreo650.html and it worked just like that! 16 bit color scheme
Hi again I was wondering if there was a program or method of developing colors for the 16bit mode. All of the graphics programs I have use a 8 bit per RGB, which is I do a shift of the RGB values (divide) then the color is off when it comes to the lower colors? Any ideas? RE: 320x320 Treo
Well I have been trying on the topic for awhile now. It seems like most people don't take advantage of the new modes? Not sure? But I am making a custom app so I need to be able to draw directly to my offscreen window that is why I do it that way. Also as I said earlier, I read that you have to tell the PalmOS to switch to a pure mode (or something like that, is what they call it) and then do your editing and then tell the OS to switch back. But this method doesn't work for me, not sure why or if I totally missed the point. I was looking for some demonstration code that would switch to 320x320 on the internet. But no luck? I hope that explains better at what I want to attmept to do.
