Palm file stream Vs Palm PDBs

Hi,
I am working on Palm file streaming.
I converted text file of size 15 mb into Palm file stream using "par" utility.

File streaming APIs are working fine. ... :)

Now, I am looking for advantages and disadvantages of using Palm file stream 
over Palm databases (PDB).

How file streaming is better than record based pdbs?.
Is there any speed or size limitations on Palm file stream?

Does Palm supports Unicode?

Hi,

   I am starting to developing an application using Visual C++ 6.0 for Windows 
XP.

That application creates the Palm PDB files from the Other databases like MS 
Access etc. to use that PDB on Palm.
   It works fine for English.

 But How I can create PDB that runs for other languages Palm.

Whether the Structure of PDB header changes for that ?

Or Palm OS does not support Unicode ?

any suggestion, Please
