No warm reset. Reset (Alt R) simply cold resets the device. Extremely slow, too, but that's just an irritant. For my purposes, the NR70 emulator/ROM simply doesn't work. That's on both Win98 and Win2k. Emulator.exe 4/10/02 PKcrc: 84dd4a1c. ROM: 03/22/02 PKcrc: 194ed179. You need to use the special Sony version of the emulator with the Sony roms.
