Ok, www.google.com with _netlibsend linger_ gives an oreily book reference. Searching in this forum for Linger will give a whole bunch more. Please, do the research. Net Lib, Sockets and etc... Help Urgencie
I'm Having problems reciving data overa socket it works fine on the emulator everthing goes ok but on palm i get erros after transmiting some data a trasnfer some files ..close te socket and reconect it for other transmition but after a while i stop recive data in the socket and sometimes i can't get a conection on it after some transfers..i'm away conectin on the same host i tryed change the size of the band using modens to debug on emulator even a 9600 modem i tried and works fine on the emulator but the plam can't handle it any clues? i need help n that.. i cant'find the erro.. and i already have losed 2 weeks on that thanx _ MSN Messenger: converse com os seus amigos online. http://messenger.msn.com.br -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/

Can you tell us about exact error messages, does it happen after, let me guess, 16 times. Depending on the error, a code snippet may be valuable. Most frequent error with multiple connections is leaving LINGER on. See about a million posts in this forum.
