PRC Database Version

Does anybody know how can i get the version (App version, the same that we
can see on the Information Menu of the Palm's Laucher app) of a PRC file?

You'd have to parse up the PRC file (making use of the documented PRC file format) and 
look for the 'tver'(1) or 'tver'(1000) resource.  Once you find that, the contents are 
a string with the version number.
