Sitting half a world away, I totally forgot about them ... add the
complication of Broken Hill in NSW being on Central Time, Queensland
avoiding Daylight Time (because that extra hour of sunlight fades the
curtains, and confuses the cows), and the government throwing every
autocalculated time change out the window so that the Olympics could be run
in Daylight hours.

I am guessing that you too are a displaced expat.
