Don't bother, I fixed it in a more general way:
the following line from unicore/mktables 

my $unihan = 'Unihan properties are by default not enabled in the
Perl core.  Instead use CPAN: Unicode::Unihan';

would erroneously detect a dependency on CPAN.pm (because it
contains ... use CPAN: ...).

Fix will be in the next release of Module::ScanDeps.
