A sound forge question

2006-10-30 Thread Brian Olesen
Hi,
I can't remember how to use the noise reduction plug in the best way.
I think I've heard you should mark some noise for refference and then run
the plug.
How exactly is the procedure?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards
Brian

From all I've read, they finally got a clue and removed spyware from the

 Hi Terri,
I suggest you leave BearShare alone, as it has too much spyware in it.

I have a question regarding the latest version of Bear Share Lite. I've
got
a friend who is trying to use it and there are some things that are not
showing up when they try to access it. They've tried uninstalling it and
reinstalling it but everything is not coming up as before. If anyone has

 Thanks.

I am testing my FTP style server here. It's a Network Attached
Storage HDD.

Go to:

ftp://petro.dyndns.org

Username: Podcast

No password needed. Leave it blank.

Choose Log in button.

You will see a folder. Open it and then 2 files I did. The files
are .mp3 for Blind Cool Tech and aren't the greatest quality.

Still testing here.

The FTP site will be up until 12 AM Monday October 30.

Send me an email with your results.

Put in subject line: FTP Tester so I know its from you.

Also, make sure the option in the skin config for having the mouse

to make sure that modern skin support is not! selected during your

After a brief delay, Microsoft on Monday made available Windows Media
Player version
11. The update includes several enhancements, including a new user
interface, improved
syncing, and integration with the URGE music service.

Windows Media Player 11 has been publicly available as a beta
download since May
of this year. However, issues with the quality of the release caused
Microsoft to
delay the final product while last minute bugs are ironed out. WMP11
works on Windows

Re: Realplayer and Winamp

2006-10-30 Thread Dana S. Leslie
Kathy,

There is a plug-in that allows you to use Winamp as a sort of user interface
to play Real Audio streams (I'm not sure about RAX files). But, really, it's
still Realplayer that's playing the content, it just looks to the user as if
Winamp is. and, some people have had lots of trouble with it, once it's
installed. But, if you're willing to risk it:

Hi. I've downloaded it, and it seems to work a little better, for me
at least, if you enable classic menus. that way things are how you
remember them instead of being in right click context menus. That's
how they are by default, but if you turn classic menus on, it's
pretty much like Windows Media 10 was.

2006-10-30 Thread Arthur Barney
Hi Christopher,
I have tried the WindowsMedia11, and didn't like it.
There is a little bit of problem rolling back.
Before you can get to the WindowsMedia to remove it, you have to click on
updates in the Ctrl Panel, in order to find it.
When you find it, you have to roll back to Windowsmedia 9 series, and then
update to Windowsmedia10.
