Hi Joanne
If you are familiar with Winamp and Winamp plugins you may want to try the
Winamp TV tuner plugin.

The home page for this is:

http://winamptv.zapto.org/

I am now using this with Jaws 8.
Although I found it a bit tricky to set up properly, I now have it working
fine.

I heard Station Playlist is starting to get pretty good. I've listened to
some stations using it, and it's mixing is pretty good.

2007-02-08 Thread Richard Claypool
It's suggested, but it will play mp3s.

What anoys me is that in all your music folders, it will put a small file
named the same, but with another extention next to every song. So you get
many many many many of these litle files.

It would be nicer if these files were in one folder .. some sort of work
folder. Maybe there's a way, but I've not figured it out yet.

Does this software require the use of audio files in its own special format,
not MP3.

Hi, 99 times out of 100 nothing, but I have heard of very rare instances of

Hi,

Basicly, nothing will happen because it won't be able to read the disc.

You can get dvd burners pretty cheaply now.

Hi,

Basicly, nothing will happen because it won't be able to read the disc.

You can get dvd burners pretty cheaply now.

Shoutcast, Live 365, or something else?

2007-02-08 Thread Kathy Szinnyey
Hi, all. Some folks in my community are thinking about seeing up an
internet radio station which would include playing music as well as talk,
interviews, etc. I know this topic gets talked about a lot but I haven't
payed much attention . . . until now. What do you all find to be the most
accessible way to go, andare there some good tutorials to help you get
started? I'd appreciate any help you all can offer.

Peace,
Kathy

unfortunately, the developer is very very closed-minded, so he does
not share the source code of scripts
and every time you go to his site he wants you to read for license agreement
as I don't want to be involved in matters with that paranoid man,
I'll send scripts privately just to people who need
I don't share on links.
