Why winamp?
Hi friends! Actually i have been using foobar2000 for 4 years now. However from the beginning it was a really neat and great player. Though many functions i had in my first version of foobar2000 has been removed. For example, you now have to create your own hotkeys for play stop etc. Now to my question. Most people seems to use winamp and seems to be very satisfied with it. But it seems to take up a lot of space though. Now in the latest version of hal you can use winamp much more flexible than before. The screenreader has got new map files and scripts. So i am thinking to start using winamp again after 4 years. There is a streamripper plugin also for winamp. But why should i use winamp? More than what i've stated above. Can the library feature be used? Such as the shoutcast radio functionality i had in older versions of winamp. Thanks in advance. /Anders. RE: Question about Amazon MP3 downloads
Hi Kathy. I did sign up for One Click Ordering, which does make it much faster to download stuff. What I was trying to do is to have all my purchases be on one credit card transaction, but it appears that they do that anyway. LOL, I think I may have made it a little too easy to shop now. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kathy Szinnyey Sent: Saturday, November 08, 2008 7:43 AM To: PC Audio Discussion List Subject: Re: Question about Amazon MP3 downloads Hi, Lynn. Have you signed up for one-click shopping, or whatever that's called? It's very cool. Once you've signed up for it, you don't have to worry about adding things to y our cart when you're downloading mp3's. Amazon knows who you are and you don't go through all that check out process because Amazon has all your information stored. You just click But Track or Buy Album and your songs magically appear wherever you want them to go. But the key here is to sign up for one click services.
