Hey don! aha, Ok, well, I like the burning options there, and when I was looking at the disc info, I could also see what type of drive I have, which was really fantfirmware I have on the drive, smile. then I thought, oh wow, how cool it is to see which firmware the drive has, then you can search of the version of the firmware and see if there's an update for it, smile. Re: creating cd's
Wow, wasn't someone on this list just complaining on how rude the INTERNET has become? I guess this is another case in point. BTW, you can reach the list archive by going to: http://www.mail-archive.com/pc-audio@pc-audio.org/maillist.html I agree that people can refer to the list archive more often or even just use Google to find things out on their own, but I think people can be encouraged to do this without posting such a rude and pointless message to the entire list. For example, Georgen could be new to the list and wasn't aware of the fact that this has been discussed recently. The location to the list archive could have been pointed out. Unfortunately, not everyone keeps the introductory messages they get when they subscribe to a list or can figure out where the list archive is or how to search it on their own. I hope Georgen and others aren't dissuaded from posting perfectly legitimate questions to the list. BTW, I did see the smile at the end of the message, but slapping 7 characters on at the end of a mean spirited message doesn't make it OK. Losing place in Songs list within the iTunes store
All of a sudden I find that when I am in the iTunes store Song list and I make a purchase, I am returned to the Home Page, rather than keeping the focus in the Song list, so I can continue seeing what is available and buying some of them. It is a really big pain to be forced to reinput the name of the artest and go through all the steps to get back to the Song list, let alone going back down it to find where I left off, so I can proceed to the next song choice. While connected to a Bluetooth device, hold down the up and down volume buttons. It will say live audio mode when the features engages. To disengage it, repeat the process, hold down the up and down volume buttons and it will say something like original. I think it will not work with a device plugged into the wired connection. The volume will noticeably drop when live audio mode is engaged. It does not play so loudly as when in the original mode. -Original Message- From: pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of Donald L. I remember hearing that the current firmware has some sort of wide stereo setting although I do not recall the proper name for it. At any rate, I can't find Robert Carter's podcast describing this feature and telling how to invoke it. Does anyone on list know what to do to turn on this feature. Also, how does one turn it off?
