Ah cool man! Thanks. I've seen this recorder, it's really interesting. I just didn't get it cause it only does DVD quality. At the time, I wanted the LS-7 recorder. I agree, I also couldn't got hold of the ls7 at that time, but I'm glad I didn't, as the newer models suit me better anyway. But yes the higher quality is defnitly a matter here. She did that on the pod casts. I didn't get the point, if she said lovely then it would make a bit more sence. But anyways, point is I too know what you guys are talking about, I've heard it too and thought she miss spoke or something until she did it again. Does she still do stuff like put the cerial number for the the software in braille on the CD sleeve? When I and if I ever am presented with the chance I'd get the LS-100 from her since she did stuff to make things a bit better for blind people being blind her self. Why, even at the time when the DM-620 and LS-7 came out, I wanted to get the LS-7 from her. Yep, that's why my gole now is the LS-100. It too does Blu-Ray quality. But it's a true pro recorder. It's a bit like the famus Zoom H4N according to those that have done pod casts on it. Shape wize anyways. I can't grasp that idea. I don't understand how every thing goes on it. I've only touched a Zoom H2 so I don't comprehend. One thing Neal did say which I found kind of interesting was something to the effect that the reason the XLR connectors stick out in the odd shape they do is because the recorder it self isn't big enough for them. Interesting. Then why not make the recorder a bit bigger then? But yeah. Wel, not really big differences. I had to record on the stream since I con't record and demo at the same time on that recorder, but once I get the ls14 that problem should be solved. Yeah, that too. I remember she did that too. That's the thing. The LS recorders don't come with the soft ware. So if you loos the speech files, it's all over. Unless you can get it in some other form. But yeah, the tutorials. Yes, I agree, I stil wait to see if the ls100 price can drop a little, but its defnitly one of the best in this range. does anyone know how to convert MKV files?
I am finding some programs that only seem to be available in MKV, and I'm pretty sure Replay Converter doesn't support this format.
