Re: tagging music?
Hi all, I have a number of albums that have the songs labelled by number then the title. When I put these in Itunes they are all over the place and don't have any order. I've tried to get mp3 tag working but when i try to do a search on the net I get an error saying database can't be accessed. Winamp used to bring up the title and album when songs were played. This doesn't seem to work now either. Any ideas on how I can get these songs labeled properly? -- Adam Morris Phone: +61 2 888 93939 email:a...@damorris.com For email lists I run, visit: http://damorris.com/mailman/listinfo Interested in reducing your Energy and Telecommunications accounts? Re: Cd duplicators, have any of you used them?
I use one supplied by Kingdom Products in Pennsylvania. I've had it for years and it works fine. There are two drawers, one above the other. There's a small panel with 4 buttons. The upper right starts the duplicater. Of course; this makes 1 at a time. It takes about 3 minutes to make one. You'll need to check what models this firm offers now. I have an Addonics which I like a lot. A friend of mine had an Allysis machine which did okay too. - Original Message - From: "Vinny Samarco" To: "PC Audio Discussion List" Sent: Sunday, November 10, 2013 8:31 PM Subject: Cd duplicators, have any of you used them? Hi, I am considering buying a cd duplicator, but I don't know anything about them. Which kinds are good, accessible with the printer etc. I haven'tdecided if I just want to do one at a time, or more than one. I just what an idea of price, and how well they stand up to a good number of copies. I am making another piano cd, and I am thinking of copying myself, instead of asking others to do it for me. No sound being recorded
Hello everyone. Sorry for a rather newbie-ish question, but I've become pretty stumped. I have a Soundblaster X-fi audio card, and Windows XP. Pretty old setup, but it has worked fine for me most of the time. I have recorded stuff before and used Skype for the occasional audio call (very infrequently, though), and I know I've gotten it to work. Well, today I tried to call someone using the Skype service, and although my mic is on and I can hear my own voice through the headphones, nothing is being broadcast. Tried the sound test on Skype, and even went into goldwave to attempt to record a test file. No voice coming through. Checked mic settings in windows control and they seem ok, although strangely, the box that seems to apply to this micophone jack is "line in 2/mic 2", and not "mic 1"...I don't have another mic, and I seem to remember this always being the case anyway. When I check the mute box for "mic 2" I don't hear a thing; unchecking it gives me mic pickup in my ears. So, it seems to me that the jack is basically working, but somehow it isn't being recognised as an input device or something like that. Any ideas? I'm most perplexed at the moment. Thanks folks. RE: Tapin Radio: Bought Pro Version But Haven't Received License Info!
Meant to put the email address, should anyone want to contact me offlist concering this matter: tomca...@comcast.net Thanks, Tom Kaufman -Original Message- From: Pc-audio [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of Tom Kaufman Sent: Sunday, November 10, 2013 2:27 AM To: 'PC Audio Discussion List' Subject: Tapin Radio: Bought Pro Version But Haven't Received License Info! Hello List: I don't know if this is completely on topic or not, but here goes: this past Wednesday I took the plunge and bought the pro version of Tapin Radio. Once I had comtleted my transaction, I got two emails; one was a receipt and one from Remosoft (sorry about wrong spelling) support, saying that I would receive an email with licensing information within forty eight hours. Well the forty eight hours had come and gone, but no license info has arrived in my inbox! So I have written to the support team for Tapin in hopes I could get some kind of response; again.not a word! So the only thing I knew to do is to write to this list (Tapin Radio, I assume, has been discussed on here before) although this really isn't exactly dealing with the program percee! So in view of the fact that this may be slightly "off-topic", if anyone wants to respond to me offlist, that would be fine as I really would like an answer of some kind! Here I have bought this program, but cannot use it as I don't have the license key! Thanks for listening and my apologies if this is off-topic!
