Re: Bang & Olufsen Beoplay A2
Yes, I've heard of this speaker and it is also very good but didn't get as much acclaim as the B&W speaker I mentioned earlier because the manufacturers have decided to concentrate on making the product a fassion statement rather than a statement of quality. Also with this particular speaker the battery is an optional accessary whereas with the T7 its all part and parcel of the package as it should be for a portable speaker - in my opinion. - On 18/04/2015 1:31 AM, Sunshine wrote: Has anyone heard of this blue tooth speaker? from what i read about it it is supposed to be the first blue tooth speaker with true 360 stereo sound, battery life is 24 hours? Audio Controls in Windows 7 64-bit
I don't always listen to music on the computer. But I recently changed to Windows 7 64-bit and decided to listen to something. All of a sudden, my speakers sound dull. Is there a way to control trebble in 7 or in Winamp. I'd try to use WMP for comparison purposes, but it seems to not want me to just play a song without going through what seems like a timewasting settings hassle. Thanks in advance.
That's The Risk I'm Prepared To Take
Hi! I've been up on eBay browsing around. I did a search on "DLNA" and found a Set Top Box from China which runs Android 4.4, the box was $70 so I bought one, perhaps - if I'm lucky - I might be able to get Talkback running? The box runs the XBMC Media Center App by default, I'm not familiar with the Android version of this but I do have a good grounding in how XBMC works on other platforms such as IOS and with my setup on the Raspberry Pi, perhaps I'l lbe able to put this knowledge to good use, we'll see. -- ** Those who need help are those who are prepared to help themselves
Re: looking for simple digital to analog converter
Hi, get a usb mike that has an earphone output. That's what I'm using for all music on my computer. If you need r c a outs use a splitter. just turn the mic switch off. -Original Message- From: Dane Trethowan Sent: Friday, April 17, 2015 7:18 AM To: PC Audio Discussion List Subject: Re: looking for simple digital to analog converter Yep, Google can certainly help. RE: looking for simple digital to analog converter
Hi Andre. I use the Arcam R-Dac. Very simple and high quality although not overly expensive. Has USB connection, Phono connections and also a headphone jack with independent headphone volume controls. It makes a huge difference to the sound from my PC.
