Okay...I've taken a quick glance at this; from what I'm seeing (keep in mind that maybe I need to look more closely at a later time) but from what I'm seeing so far, the approach is pretty much a description of VLC from the sighted person's perspective (nothing that indicates shortcut keys or anything that tells us as blind-visually impaired people how to go about getting VLC to do what we would need it to do!
