Subject: a problem in internet express.
My daughter has a weird problem. She is running window 95, with jaws 3.7, and
internet explorer 5. She has an
unusual
problem. Something happens to make work on offline. When she tries to bring up a
site, it comes back and says that
she
if offline, and there is not any connection, to click on the try again button, so
she tabs once, and presses enter on
the try again button, and then it will go to her site. Then it will stay on line
untill she reboots. It she goes
into
outlook express first, then tries to go to a site, it will work fine. In either
case once it is online, it will stay
that way untill she reboots the computer. Does anybody have any idea what this
problem is, and you help me. I have
already tried repairing internet explorer, and clearing all of the temprary files
out, and then it will work for a
little while, and then it will start all over again with this off line stuff.
