The latest version of Sonar is not accessible with jaws. Most people are using Sonar 8.5. However, Reaper is a very good alternitave. If you subscribe to the midi mag list, there are a number of people who are very expert at using both Sonar and Reaper and they would be very happy to help you with either or both. I believe you get a 30 day trial and then it costs about £60 or £70, which is a very reasonable price for such a powerful multi recording program.
