The Olympus dm520 has timer recording but the function does not talk so probably is hard to use. I haven't even tried it because I don't want to put mine into a unusable state. I can't speak for the others but the Zoom H1 certainly doesn't have this feature and I don't know any that do. I have a Zoom H4 here and I don't think it even has that.
