Hi, Dane and list,

can anyone recommend a preferably free tool which will let me convert a selected part of a DVD, i.e. a movie without the extras, into an avi format? I'm using Jaws 10 and the tool should be fairly accessible.

Its not a DVD creator or anything like that, if you want to edit and create DVD'S then you're best bet for the Windows PC is the excellent Video Re-Do TV suite.
