I get a message when I put in a dvd saying I have to get a plug'in in order to play. Then I went to the help page which said I had to purchase a codek pack or something. I thought I could just use Power DVD, but I also get an error message. I have XP Professional and Window-Eyes. I thought anything to do with Windows Media player was free.
