I wanted to have the computers output go to my receaver. And as i said wen u 
start with the converters (headset to RCA) it distorts the sound.

 You can get an RCA to 1-8th ench stereo adapter cord from:
 http://www.radioshack.com
 for about $7.
 You plug the 1-8th ench end of the cord in to the line in jack on your 
 sound
 card.
 The RCA end of the cord plugs in to your tape player or what have you.

If you are suggesting something that connects to the headsetjack and RCA, 
there is a los of audio quality there witch I am trying to avoid.

 You can get adapters from RadioShack, Best Buy ... Pretty much any
 electronics store.
