I've been using Total Recorder version SE for several months and enjoy its ease of use for recording materials off the net. Now I want to take it to the next step and use my PC as though it was a cassette recorder. While I can record, using a microphone, I'm unable to edit the recording, specifically inserting words at the point where I've marked the file. I'm assuming that I'll have to upgrade to the professional version. The question is that should I do that, will I find the editing controls inaccessible? Does anyone have any experience using total recorder's professional version for editing?
