Lost sounds in iTunes?

Please tell me how to get the sounds back in iTunes?

I use to hear a sound when the program is finished downloading, but now the
sound is gone.

Lost Sounds

Hi all,

I am a user of JAWS5.844, WINME and I use a Crystal Sound FusionTMCS4281 sound card.  
I installed an update driver this afternoon.  When it installed, I had no sound.  I 
checked the Volume settings in my system tray to make sure that nothing was muted and 
nothing was.  I had to restore my registry back to yesterday to get my sounds back.  
Can anyone tell me how I can update this card without losing my sounds?  Thanks.
