It's the DeltaControl Pannel which is the problem here. The hardware itself
seems to work fine in a Media Center machine; however, you can't patch the
inputs to the outputs because this is a DeltaControl pannel issue.
if, per chance, you are a JAWS user, there are scripts which should give you
complete access to the pannel; however, as I said, the pannel is rendered
useless in Windows Media center.

this is indeed true because Microsoft has elected not to adopt
industry-wide standards in its Media Center software. On the other hand, I
have a Dual core Media Center computer with the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 PCI
sound card installed and have had no problems, except getting a handle on
the powerful control panel. However, this seems to be a common concern for
all Delta newbies, blind or sighted.
