Hi to all

Firstly, a huge thanx to all for the assistance with the issues regarding
the rode video microphone and also other possibilities.

There is however something I am curious about.

I have a boundary microphone of taiwanese manufacture I think that runs
off a 48 volt phantom power supply. It works very well when connected to
the pham supply I purchased for it. One day I connected it directly to the
input jack of the plextalk ptr2 which and the microphone worked without the
phantom power supply.

If the plug in power is so low, why did the boundary microphone which is
supposed to work with the phantom power work from the ptr2's plug in power?

Just curious

Andre
