Hi. If the WMA file is not copy protected, there are quite a few programs that will do this. I use DBPoweramp http://www.dbpoweramp.com which offers a right-click method to change almost any file into almost any other type of file. Though the MP3 conversion costs money after the first 30 days, converting to WAV is free. Easy CD-DA Extractor is another good option, and also allows for a right-click conversion option in Windows Explorer.
