Re: Eloquence and sound recording was Microphones for the computermicrophones for computer
Hi Bradford, No, Eloquence does not block the mike. If sound recorder is recording Jaws, then you probably have, " what you hear", checked in the volume control. That is, if you have a SoundBlaster soundcard. If you have another brand of soundcard, the same control may have a different name, such as, "stereo mixer". You should probably check out the volume control settings first. R Q J - Original Message - From: "Bradford Trainham" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list. RE: Eloquence and sound recording was Microphones for the computermicrophones for computer
Hi, You will have to select the correct input on the mixer control in windows press start button, click accessories, click entertainment, click volume control no go to the options menu, pull it down with the alt key, arrow down to properties, press enter, press tab once, you are now on the radio button to select playback or recoring, arrow down to recording, now press tab again, your now in the list of available controls in the recording mixer. Make sure micorphone is selected, and deselect all the otehrs, this is done by pressing space bar I deselect all the others so it makes it easier to press the select button once your back on the main mixer window. hth Cheers, James Beyond the black stump, Australia -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Bradford Trainham Sent: Saturday, January 29, 2005 6:09 PM To: PC audio discussion list.
