RE: moving forward in real alternative

2005-02-06 Thread Aman Singer
Hi.
Real Alternative is a package that allows Real Content to play in
other players. It is not a player in itself, though it does include the
Windows Media Classic player. However I, and most other people, use Winamp.
If you're using Windows Media Classic, I don't know how to jump. If you're
using Winamp, hit ctrl+j to jump to a specific time in a file, then enter
that as mm:ss. That is, 60 minutes would be
60:00
You will be taken to 60 minutes from the beginning of the file.
If you're using Winamp with the Jaws scripts, you can do relative
jumps. That is, you can jump five minutes forward in a file, or five minutes
backward. To jump forward by 60 minutes, enter alt+shift+j, then type
60:00
to jump backwards by 60 minutes, enter alt+shift+j and type
-60:00
HTH.

Hi,
I am using real alternative.
When you go to the go to dialogue how do you type in the minutes in the
edit box.
let's say you want to move forward 60 minutes in the program you are
listening to what do you type.
Thanks.
