hi i know and already did the volume thing uder levels and set it to the loudest but my mic is still quiet to everyone tht i talk o with it. I don't know why this is but it frustrates me. If i could just find that mic gain it would help a lot. Under the recording tab there are several tabs. The volume is under the Level tab.
