Thanks for that. I don't always expect people to agree with me and its those disagreements and other opinions that add interest to the topic under discussion. A study was published recently which found that very few people these days have an interest or a hobby which I find astonishing. There are many and varied interests and hobbies just as there are many and varied types of people around but not having an interest or a hobby is totally unimaginable to me and I'm sure to many others here. I have many interests and hobbies and obviously some of these are radio, audio and computers. I value the input from others here such as Mary, the various John's and so on, hopefully others will contribute and relate their experiences. It doesn't matter what you're favorite audio equipment is, you may be perfectly content with a $40 pair of computer speakers or you might have some sort of exotic pure beast that you'd like to tell us about, we're all ears. Hi Joy. I don't know if it will work with your tv tuner, but I have the Pinnacle system software which works well with my Pinnacle system tv card. I can't tell you how accessible it will be with Jfw, but it works very well with window eyes. Get in touch with me and I'll think of a way to get the program to you. If you have a payed for Total_Recorder, they will email you the information if you give them your email address, since they have that in their database. I know, they've done it for me. You could use text_aloud, which will do the trick for you, as long as you have a decent synthesizer on your computer, most of them are supported. HI Lois, Well if you like listening to music and even movies you should really consider looking at the brand new Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS. This card sounds amacing and it's recording capabilities are very nice too. Also connectivity to minidisks and other digital equipment are fine. Yes. Just say you want to make a music cd and choose the files you want in the compilation.
