I don't believe that it is possible because the countries cannot send
audio feeds to the United States because that would be in violation of
the rights given to NBC by the USOc and those rights are protected by
the International Olympic Committee.
Also, if memory serves me correctly, Westwood One also has radio rights
in the US as well.
