What are you wanting to know.  the soundblaster 16 is not a multichannel
card and the only real use is to have it as a second sound card.  You must
have an availoble ISA slot.

yes, the soundblaster 16 uses the ISA.  The ones that came after were all
PCI.  I have a SB16 here that I can't use because none of my computers have
an ISA slot.
