Hi Paul, You can download the plug-in from www.winamp.com/plugins/download/95237. this is a direct link to the .EXE file. The reason you weren't finding this plug-in using Google is because the spelling of the plug-in is O C T I M A X. I hope this helps. I think you mean the Octimax plug in.
